About Us

RV Degustation was created by Hervé, an artisan cheesemonger, who worked in various prestigious cheese houses in Paris. Passionate about gastronomy, he forged his culture through his travels and meetings with producers. Holder of several oenology diplomas including that of Professional Taster, he has extensive experience.
